Sue Houx is an incredible NP, smart as can be and to the point. She listens to you and takes her time with each patient. All the doctors are wonderful as well. Best medical group In Ventura County by a long shot!
The customer service and medical care at Primary Medical are second to none! My medical provider, Karen Popp is wonderful and spends as much time with me as needed, every time I go into see her. She is very supportive and answers all of my questions. The front and back office staff, Stacy, Mayra, Marissa, Astrid and Anna, are ALWAYS, Polite, kind, professional and compassionate.
