This office has been rude, uncaring, and downright horrible to my mother. As her Healthcare Surrogate, I am very involved. They have not gotten her prescriptions correct, are rude when we are calling in and walking in, and refuse to help her obtain an El Libre prescription so she does not have to prick her finger any longer. All the bad reviews are so accurate. When I saw her the first time, she was great. I don’t know what happened. My VERY LAST appointment with her, she was so arrogant, condescending, no bedside manner, and seemingly had no interest in how sick I have been. She said she didn’t have a magic wand….She was just plain rude. I felt like I was hit by a train after leaving her office. I was so appalled. Anita Patel represents everything wrong with the American medical system. Arrogant, condescending, over-eager to prescribe pharmaceuticals, and dangerously clueless when it comes to actual nutrition. If you use her, do so at your own risk.
