Dorothy Remy does not have any bedside manner. Please be considerate of the disadvantaged and culturally diverse clientele that you have coming into your door. Being rude and/or inconsiderate to the elderly is never appropriate.
Extremely aggressive and verbally abusive. The times I have been there the staff was all Haitian. If you’re not Haitian intend to be treated poorly, be ignored and threatened if you complain. They also breach Hippa laws and disclose your medical records to people not authorized. They accused me of manipulating the system because I didn’t go to the hospital as I claimed. When infact I did.
