I had a very good experience with Bert. He showed up in time, walked my house with me listening to all of my questions and concerns, and thoroughly explained the entire process and the reasoning behind the materials they would be using. Couldn't recommend him enough. Update: Installation went smoothly, and the crew of Shomari, Brandon, and Austin did a great job.
I had insulation removed, treatment for mold and new attic insulation blown into my attic. The crew of Koz, Johnson and Brando did an excellent job. Koz informed me of what they were doing at every point of the process which I appreciated. They cleaned up after themselves and were very polite and respectful. I commend these young men for a job well done.
Bert was very knowledgeable and honest. I would definitely work with him and Primary home improvements on future projects!
Saw an immediate difference after foam insulation was installed. Shomari Williers, Brendon and Austin were awesome. Extremely polite, hardworking and thorough. Even scrubbed the apron of the driveway before they left. Would recommend Primary Home Improvements and the crew sent to anyone. Would give higher than 5 to the crew if possible
Bert was very friendly and very professional. Explained the entire process from start to finish. Making I understood all that they could or could not do because of existing construction restrictions. I highly reccomend him and the business he represents.
