Cristian with Primary Heating and Cooling installed a new water heater for us in June 2025. This was follow up work after he came out for a service call to diagnose a small water leak we found on the floor near the water heater. On both occasions Cristian was friendly & professional; he worked quickly but not hurriedly and was very careful to clean up upon completing the install. Very pleased with his and the company’s work.
