SHADY BUSINESS PRACTICES. I’m a *former* patient now and here’s why. After being told that they had a sliding scale and would adjust my copay because I am on Disability, I arrived each week to be told that my copay was only $15. So I kept going each week on the belief that it was costing me $15 per visit.
