My son is developmentally delayed and does not always understand his health issues and the nurse practitioner there Megan told him " you'll be DEAD in certain amount of years due to your BP...her crastness and bedside manners were unexceptable especially for a medical person that is supposed to have knowledge how to deal w handicapped people..and to descalte aniety and srress in a disabled patient . my grandaughter has down syndrome, autisum,non verbal, incontinent and has PIKA I do not yell at her when she eats dirt or pape... read more
I've used this pharmacy for years but in the last few months it's gone to pot. I dunno why the entire staff has been replaced but the new ones are rude and incompetent. My prescriptions aren't filled on time, you can call ALL DAY and not have someone pick up. I may go elsewhere, even if it means paying more, because their service now is complete garbage
Prescriptions are never ready on time; staff is rude & extremely unprofessional.
Always polite and friendly. Helpful getting prescriptions renewed. And the free delivery is awesome. I like the text notification that my prescriptions are ready also.
The staff here goes out of their way to be as difficult and rude to my husband as they can every single time he goes in to pick my meds up. My meds are never ready no matter how long ago they were sent in or if we called ahead to make sure they get filled. They come up with every excuse they can to not fill my Rx's and at least every other time we are there they "need" to call my dr. before they will fill them. To the point that my dr.
