I’ve been here quite a few times and they do great work but it is physically impossible to get an appointment anymore. You can’t even call in to do it, you have to make an account online and send a message requesting one. Except they’ll just ghost you and never respond to your request, and since you can’t call in your only choice is to send another request (which will probably also go unnoticed). I honestly love the entire staff at this location ..the women up front are so wonderful as well as the dental staff! I have had a few really great experiences here and today made my day go from "wrong side of the bed" to motivated and hopeful. You guys are doing great and never stop being who you are. Took my oldest son to the Trenton office for a dentist appointment. After previous bad experiences with our old dentist, we were both very anxious. However, Christy the dental hygienist was AMAZING!! She explained everything she was doing throughly, was friendly the whole time and made us all feel relaxed. She also went out of her way to schedule my three-year-old daughter for an urgent new patient visit. The dentist who examined everything was extremely nice and very helpful and thorough. I love coming here. Brandy and Christy are amazing!!. I don't think I have ever felt as comfortable or that I was in as good of hands as what I do when I walk thru their door. All of the staff is so nice and I feel they do an amazing job here!!! Would recommend them to anyone!!!
