I really would love to give this office a good review but I just can’t. It was constant, issues, problems, and mistakes. My first appointment was the worst. I am pregnant for the first time and have no knowledge of the process at the time. Dr. Rahul or whatever his name was has the worst bedside manner, I said I didn’t know who the father was. I hate to have to edit this review, but it is what it is. I called to schedule an appt after finding out I'm pregnant, they won't see me until 13 weeks. The other two times, I was seen around 7 weeks, had bloodwork ordered to check HCG levels plus the repeat 48 follow-up without having to ask. I told them I'm not comfortable waiting that long, which didn't matter. No bloodwork was ordered. I haven't been feeling well, so I called and asked for an order for HCG blood test to be put in. Front desk guy is always so nice and friendly! I love seeing Jannine McGinnis, she is very patient and answers all the questions (and I have a lot). It's very reassuring for a first time pregnancy.

Dr. Lauer & Dr. Dumpe are wonderful. They listen to concerns. They explain things well, and are very professional, kind, & caring. I highly recommended these 2 doctors. The nurses, and staff are also kind, & professional. Not a long wait time either.
