I went to primary health on 12th ave in Nampa. Such a great doctor CB she dicover my Cronic Kidney Disease and no other doctor had told me that over the years, and she got me to the proper treatment and saved my life. She is the most caring and detailed doctor.
My wife and son went to Primary Health because they were sick with the cold. Physician Assistant was incompetent, didn't want to do strep test. My son was diagnosed with Pneumonia only after my wife insist on doing the test. To make matter worse, they did not call the pharmacy to get the drugs. This is the second time that they forgot to call in the pharmacy. Never again are we going to this PH location.
Dr. Stowell is awesome.. he goes above and beyond for his patients. However his nurse has been so rude every time I've gone in. She lectured me for 5 minutes because I forgot the name of the medication I am taking.
Bad practices. There company denied my 7 year old daughter care on a Sunday because of 5 year old billing issue. Not only is this morally wrong but is also not legal because they are and urgent care clinic and not a private practice. I am very disappointed that not only are they not following US law but there bookkeeping is not very good since insurance paid for the services they are questioning. Overcharged. No wonder insurance is so high. I asked when I went in sick how much the visit would be. I was told either $107 or $109 plus any labs or test. I was charged after I got done with visit $159 + $4 to put the oxygen test on the end of my finger for a few seconds. (standard for everyone that comes in) Her explanation was that since I hadnt been there before they had to review my history and that is why is was so much more.
