Saw Crystalyn Bryan. Complete waste of time. I left with no answers or any follow up.
After 7 years with Primary Health I had a terrible experience with Crystalyn Bryan. She saw me for maybe 3 minutes in the exam room and was ignoring questions I had for her as she was rushing out the door. As I was paying my bill of $150 for only 3 minutes with her I still had a question for her. She refused to answer me until I requested again through her front staff to speak with her. PLEASE READ IN FULL. I had been going here since September 2024. I had Dr. Lee Parsons. Each time he would fill my Semiglutide, he would send a brand name to the wrong pharmacy. One time it was Ozempic, another time it was Wegovy, another time it was Zepbound. I use a compounding pharmacy so I am able to pay cash for it as it is affordable that way.
