Dr. Holmes and his staff and care team are warm, kind and helpful. The office is well run, efficient, clean and bright. I’d recommend him to anyone seeking a fabulous PCP.

Went to the ER last night for a Hypertensive crisis was told to get a follow up as soon as possible. I call to schedule a follow up with Dr Holmes whom I've already established care with and was told I can't be seen until January. My first experience here wasn't any better. I had to call and call to get my lab results that were already processed and ready. I didn't like my experience with Holmes as he wasn't engaging and I had to ask all the right questions to get answers.
Dr Holmes is a great doctor. He is thorough and takes time with his patients.
My doctor left the practice and I couldn't get an appointment with another doctor for a year. I am running out of maintenance meds with no refills, and I have been calling for months. They will not refill to give me enough medication until I can see the doctor because it's their "protocol" that they won't refill if I haven't been seen in over a year, which is not my fault. This practice is awful and does not care about their patients.
