Primary Health Choice has been exceptional to work with. Angela and Ashley have gone above and beyond in helping coordinate nursing care through CAP-DA for my elderly mother. During the approval process, PHC was the only agency that was able to provide consistently correct information and instructions on the CAP-DA process. Their staff helped to approve my mother's current caregivers for employment so her routine would not change. I was a client for this company for less than six months I left because the office manager was very very unprofessional she's very messy she does not know how to talk or correspond with people no one really wanted to deal with her they couldn't keep CNA's or PCA or people to work for this company because of her attitude so that left me and other clients without Assistance I don't recommend this company at all!!
Primary Health Choice has been a lifesaver for me! The staff, especially Mrs. Judd, Mrs. Lynch and Indee in peer support have helped me on a healing journey and learning to navigate through trauma. I thought it was impossible but with their genuine kindness and care, I can see hope and I am not the same person I was when I started. They have changed my life and I can't say thank you enough. You are changing lives in a major way and you should be celebrated. Thank you so sincerely.
