I have tried numerous times to see someone. First time I wasn’t that much of a risk to have someone. After damn near 8 years im trying again. I was told I would get a call the following week on a Tuesday to schedule appointments. Its been a month and nothing. I left numerous VM and no one called me back
Receptionist said it wasn't possible to provide an email to me from her office so I could request my Immunization record. However I have done this in the past, and they allowed me to do. Inadequate service.
