Absolutely unorganized. They incorrectly billed my insurance and argued with me multiple tines about it until it was finally fixed. Consistently forgot that I had an establishing appt with them and kept telling me I didn’t. (Why were you billing my insurance if I didn’t have an appt then huh?) finally I made a new appt with them because I NEEDED a doctors office and they gave me attitude and couldn’t give me any reasonable answers so I walked out. Hours state they are open until 4:30pm. My mom showed up 20 minutes before close and they told her they wouldn't see her. Ridiculous.. It's their responsibility to see patients, not to be leaving the office at exactly time of close.
