They telling drivers to wait inside the cold areas with -10 to -15 degrees, as driver we don’t carry warm dressings like them but sill they putting us on long waitings (almost 3 hrs) and still say we are checking pallets and doing paper work. After driving long hrs and still waiting lile this is very very disappointing.
