Great staff, useful supports and Nikki is very supportive.
PCCS used to be great, but slowly became more and more problematic over time. All sorts of issues came from them assigning us a trainee Support Coordinator for a very complicated client. Caused 50+ man-hours of work with the NDIS Local Area Coordinator. They also do NOT follow the NDIS code of conduct with respect to transparent and effective communication. Formerly 5 stars. Now just disappointing.
All depends on who you get. I had one excellent case worker and another time someone who simply maybe could be happier in a different type of work. But I was contacted by the company to discuss and remediate the situation. I found that very helpful.
