All depends on who you get. I had one excellent case worker and another time someone who simply maybe could be happier in a different type of work. But I was contacted by the company to discuss and remediate the situation. I found that very helpful.

5 start for this wonderful program supporting people that need to self-isolate at home for covid. got the call 9am and received delivery of my listed groceries by 3pm. friendly people and efficient service. really takes the burden off! Strongly recommend if you need to self-isolate, especially if your whole family get covid all at the same time...
PCCS has been an exemplar in support coordination for NDIS. They are outstanding in their ability to follow the labyrinthine rules and regulations that the NDIS puts in place, and still managing to provide excellent care.
