Very grateful for the skilled team who fixed my son's broken leg! My son is sad he's almost done seeing Dr. Spiers. Great experiences!
The orthopedics imaging supervisor must be quite tenured to keep his position despite his terrible bedside manner. We have had the unfortunate circumstance to need imaging at this clinic more than once and every time this supervising individual offers a negative experience. In the future, we will seek every opportunity to avoid this imaging clinic at all costs. Trust me when I say it would be worth the time and effort to find and go to an alternative to this imaging clinic if you happen to be referred there.
I went in for a walk-in appointment and was really impressed with how quick and efficient everything was—I was in and out in about 15 minutes! Even with several people coming in while I was there, the staff stayed on top of things and kept the flow moving. They also do a great job of keeping kids entertained with a coloring station and cartoons, which is a huge help if you’re bringing little ones along. We had a great experience at imaging. The tech was very patient and kind with my toddler who was very nervous and scared. They also gave him a little prize after. Overall, it was a good experience!
