Two of my children have had to stay here multiple nights due to different health circumstances. Both times they were very caring and did everything they could to make us feel as comfortable as possible during a hard time. The nurses were very kind and supportive. They have a Ronald McDonald house that helps significantly. We didn’t know about it it the first stay, but the second one we found it. They have free meals for the families, showers, and nap rooms. It has helped a lot.
Incredible experiences. Idk how this has only 3.1 stars. The doctors are incredible, the nurses are absolutely amazing. They are all so wonderful with children. You can really tell how much each and every person cares about kids. Our son has had extensive medical issues and I wouldn’t trust any other place. I love them all, I can’t express how much I appreciate everything about them.
No wait time, very nice, patient with my toddler, very clean, great bedside manner, gave my toddler a slushie so she would take some medicine, explained everything so I could understand, kept checking on us, discharge was fast and simple. I will always come to this ER.
Failure to deliver the service of care Utah historically had from an emergency room visit at Primary Children Hospital. Don't go to this location! The "convince" for Utah county is not worth your child's wellbeing. We had to take our son to the Primary Children's in Salt Lake City a day after the Lehi location failed to diagnose and treat our child properly. Dr. Huntley is one of the rudest people my wife and I have ever had the displeasure of working with. He was one hour late to the appointment, leaving my wife in the waiting room with our 3-year-old, who had a broken leg, and apparently forgetting they were even there. Not to mention, he became impatient with my son because he took more than 30 seconds to pick a color for his cast.
