My wife showed up at 2:15 for a 3 o’clock appointment. The front desk did not check her in properly, so when 3:45 rolled around and she asked if it would be much longer they said “oops we didn’t check you in right.” So she had to get rescheduled because they could not see her right now. My wife had our 6 yo and our 7 month old with her, she has RA and desperately needed pain relieving joint injections for months and you can’t see her for a month!!?? Very unprofessional and disrespectful if you ask me.
Needing to establish care with a primary care physician, I made an appointment to see PA Boggs. While it did take a while to get in to see her, the wait was well worth it. Every person I encountered in the Medical Center was so amazing! Molly was incredible, she was so kind and listened to everything I had to say. Not once did she make me feel unheard or dismissed.
