Without doubt, Dr. Shipley is the most knowledgeable primary care doctor I have ever been to. He has always taken the time to explore my symptoms and offer suggestions for treatment.
This Dr could not figure out what was wrong with me after a few tests so he told me I have Fibromyalgia and recommenced a psychiatrist. I know of others he has also labeled.
I'm a patient of Dr Shipley and have been for years. He's an excellent doctor - very knowledgable and always looking out for his patents' best interest. I have never met a better Primary Care physician. I recommend him highly.
Ivone is the rudest receptionist I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. Getting an MRI should not be worse than the actual pain I am experiencing. Having to go elsewhere because of the poor customer service. I feel awful for the Doctor who may be losing patients because of her.
From Friday to Monday, my husband could not walk. We called Dr. Shipley Monday, he got us in on Tuesday, called around to find us an MRI on Wednesday, ( a shout-out to Indian River Radiology who stayed late to fit us in) read it on Thursday, lined us up with a neurosurgeon on Friday, and he was operated on the following Monday, successfully. Our thanks to Dr. Shipley and his staff.
