Update: Called in to the office to try and resolve this. The office manager repeatedly just denied that it ever happened and told me I was wrong. I forwarded an email chain from over 2 years ago showing I sent them my bill, and that I requested help and she ignored me and refused to let me talk to the provider. I called back in and she kept me on hold repeatedly refusing to answer my call. Came in for a physical and to have blood work done. I really give this office 5 stars because they take time to know all of your health concerns and inform you of the different ways you can go by to get yourself in the best health possible.Primary Care Specialists of South Florida Lauderdale Lakes care about you by giving these questionnaires and videos to help with certain health issues to give you extra steps to know you better. Very bad attention

Made appointments earlier in the week for both myself and son. Was called ONE hour prior to the appointments to be informed that appointments needed to be cancelled because they had no providers in the office. So disorganizedand unprofessional!! As if people dont have schedules and lives to arrange to make appointments happen.
