I am extremely disappointed by this office. In my 49 years, I have never encountered such a level of incompetence and neglect. Before I signed up, I was assured they could handle all referrals and prior authorizations easily. But once I became a patient, it was a complete failure. I waited almost six weeks just to get a referral to an orthopedic doctor, and by the time I got there, I was in such bad shape that they had to inject me with steroids.
