Scheduled appointment through zocdoc online , received reminder, confirmed appointment, i was in the area when an hour before my appointment i received a note that my app was canceled, no phone calls no notifications just a cancellation note on the app. Be mindful that peoples time is valuable
I recently had my first visit at Primary Care Practitioners. Geraldine and Amanda were great. My visit was not rushed at all, we talked in a way that made me feel comfortable, and considering it was my first “well-visit” to anyone in years, we covered a lot of ground! I felt like all of my concerns were heard. Office staff was friendly (and funny!) too. I would recommend to friends and family.
I had such a poor experience with Geraldine. She was condescending. Made assumptions about me on my first visit with her. Asked lots of invasive questions ie. Whether I lived in an apartment or house, and other questions I don’t want to disclose publicly; only to conclude that she wouldn’t be able to assess me for something I inquired about. I have been a patient here for years. Gerdline is the best. She takes time to listen to me and address all my concerns. I moved from the area over 8 years ago and still take the half hour drive down to Trumbull to see her.
