I'm searching now to change Doctors. The Dr. here is nice, but the office staff is difficult. They have cancelled my appt. & told me they would reschedule in 2 days. That was 2 1/2wks. ago. They are cold & seem unhappy with their jobs. They do NOTHING to help the client out.
I called to make an emergency appointment for a new patient who got switched to Ply-Carver PC when they got new insurance. I tried to explain my situation stating that the person I was calling for could not make phone calls from work but that they believed they had strep throat. All I got in return was pure ignorance! Funny, because when I was searching for the phone # I saw another review saying the office staff was extremely rude.
