My granddaughter and I see Karen Carpenter NP and she has been great. While we waited to get my granddaughter in to see her new Neo Surgeon, Dr. Carpenter ordered xray and mri to speed up the process and assist the new Neo Surgeon. I can't say enough for Karen Carpenter, She's great.
Not happy with the providers. They either aren't knowledgeable, or don't care. Dr Tran is clueless on women's issues. So I switched to NP Venessia in hopes of getting better care. But she was no better. I came in with a specified complaint and she sent me out for labs, but when they came back lower than they should for a person my age, she ignored it and said everything's fine... Since becoming NHS I have had nothing but problems. I have shown up for appointments that were confirmed by text but no provider when i arrive (i was told it was for a funeral), rescheduled last minute for staff meetings, billing issues! They called to cancel my appointment in October due to my provider being sick, but the day of the appointment they called to reschedule bc I was a NO SHOW?!?! I was told buly the offoce assistant that she felt better and came in! I was told my son only has emergency dental, but when I spoke ... read more
The staff is super friendly and I used to love going there for my son but here recently communication has been a big issue honestly thinking about switching to a different pediatrician
