The way this office is managed is absolutely awful. You are GUARANTEED to be put on an eternal hold everytime you call in for something. You get told you need to make an appointment for things even if you just saw the physician 3 weeks prior. Communication is completely broken and seems to go into a tunnel of dispair. Our physician is the only reason we stay here but we are starting to think we need to start looking for a new one. I've been coming here for years seeing Dr Obregon who is great and I respect. This review has nothing to do with her. I tried to directly message the office with this issue and haven't received a response. Please dont respond on here. I couldn't get in to see Dr Obregon and had to see a different physician. I asked to be seen by a woman. That's my right. However, I sensed an issue with that with the person that booked my appointment. I really like this place a lot. Since I recently moved here from California, I have had a lot of anxiety about finding a new PCP. I shouldn't have worried. Keri Dillon is just absolutely wonderful. Very nice, thorough, and caring. She pretty much saved my life when my psychiatrist suggested I go off a medication cold turkey and she suggested that it probably wasn't a good idea.
