I don't know what the issue is with this office but clearly there's a management problem. The administrative staff here is completely incompetent and poorly trained . First, you're guaranteed to be put on hold as soon as you call every single time. When you're called back from somebody that works for one of the doctors to give results or someone you may have questions for, they're completely useless and don't even have basic understanding of their jobs to be able to answer any questions without going back and forth to the do... read more
This office does not provide care. They provide best guesses and bills. If you're good with subpar medical treatment, this is your place to be. If you want to be treated with respect and given correct treatment medically, keep searching. This isn't the place for you.
The way this office is managed is absolutely awful. You are GUARANTEED to be put on an eternal hold everytime you call in for something. You get told you need to make an appointment for things even if you just saw the physician 3 weeks prior. Communication is completely broken and seems to go into a tunnel of dispair. Our physician is the only reason we stay here but we are starting to think we need to start looking for a new one. I've been coming here for years seeing Dr Obregon who is great and I respect. This review has nothing to do with her. I tried to directly message the office with this issue and haven't received a response. Please dont respond on here. I couldn't get in to see Dr Obregon and had to see a different physician. I asked to be seen by a woman. That's my right. However, I sensed an issue with that with the person that booked my appointment.
