I recently switched insurance and needed to find a new in-network doctor for Aetna. I found Primary Care Physicians through the insurance site, and luckily for me, they were accepting new patients. I was able to get an appointment easily, the paperwork was very straightforward, and the staff were kind and polite. No idea where the bad reviews are coming from, my family has been using them for generations and I've been treated better here than the couple other doctors I had to go to while I was away for college. Update: we just had Dr. Nelson for the first time, and he definitely gives off an air of not really caring. It's sad that such a good office has one bad apple.
Dr. Obregon is WONDERFUL! She spends time answering questions and explaining things. She’s also very responsive to follow up inquiries.
My wife had been going to this facility for 20 years and during that time not a single late payment but then covid hit and times got tough and money got stretched as much as it could and 1 claim was sent to collections and they dropped her and when she tried to contest it they didn't care what she had to say or what the reason was my wife was the one who referred me to this place and I will not be going back and I will inform anyone looking for a physician to avoid this place like the plague
