I really like this place a lot. Since I recently moved here from California, I have had a lot of anxiety about finding a new PCP. I shouldn't have worried. Keri Dillon is just absolutely wonderful. Very nice, thorough, and caring. She pretty much saved my life when my psychiatrist suggested I go off a medication cold turkey and she suggested that it probably wasn't a good idea. I recently switched insurance and needed to find a new in-network doctor for Aetna. I found Primary Care Physicians through the insurance site, and luckily for me, they were accepting new patients. I was able to get an appointment easily, the paperwork was very straightforward, and the staff were kind and polite. I really appreciated how friendly the nurse was, and Dr. Obregon made me feel heard and understood. No idea where the bad reviews are coming from, my family has been using them for generations and I've been treated better here than the couple other doctors I had to go to while I was away for college. Update: we just had Dr. Nelson for the first time, and he definitely gives off an air of not really caring. It's sad that such a good office has one bad apple.
