New patient, needed a physical form done to start new agency job. Was informed it will take 2 weeks to fill out. NEVER experienced that at any Upmc PCP office before or even at urgent care. So I only give 1 star because it delays my money. It’s ok though, I just switched offices. Overall friendly staff.
I called in January 2026 to make an appointment as a new patient. I got routed to the UPMC scheduling line where an associate helped me make an appointment. I made it clear several times on the phone that I am a new patient and even asked about transferring my medical records. The scheduler said there was openings in early February and gave me several dates and times to choose from. I was thrilled to be able to be seen so quickly....(It was too good to be true!) I Called they said the earliest they can see me is march. 5 months. Im in pain right now and need help. To think the er referred them for a follow up is ridiculous.
