Well it started with having jury duty I asked for a doctor's excuse they said they sent one they never did they lied to me then I asked him to send the denial letter or approval letter and they refused to send even a denial letter when the jury people require me to have that letter whether I'm approved or denied I care which way they still need it and they refuse to do their job and they tell you they're going to prescribe you one thing and then to the pharmacy and it's prescribed you toward three different things that they ... read more
