I am extremely disappointed with the care provided by Dr.Ramez Sulaiman. During a critical medical crisis, he failed to attend to his patient or provide the necessary attention and support. This lack of responsiveness placed the patient's health at serious risk. I expected professionalism, compassion, and urgency in such a situation, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
