I go to the 2780 Delaware Ave. location and have always had excellent care. I find that DOs spend more time with me as a whole person and I have never felt like my 15 minutes is up so on to the next. I can't recommend them highly enough!!
I would give them a 0 if I could. My mom went to them for extreme stomach pain. They told her it was gastritis. My mom mentioned she felt over looked and they were talking to her like she was dumb… my mom was an RN herself. A week later my mom ended up in the ER. It wasn’t gas, it was over a gallon of fluid in her stomach. Turned out to be a bowel obstruction caused by ovarian cancer. My mom passed 3 weeks later.
I had my first visit today with Dr. Niharika Chaudhary. I have nothing but positive things to say. She listened and was informative. She was detailed and addressed every issue and concern I had. Thank you, Dr. Niharika Chaudhary!!!
76 year old female left a message about potential internal bleeding at 7am with on call answering service. Received a call back at 1pm. Unacceptable.
