Kicked me from the practice for advocating my displeasure in the care I was getting after 6 years of reporting symptoms and being blown off while other doctors diagnosed what they refused.
This review is intended for the Kenmore office on Delaware. I've been patient there since 2016, my insurance company has paid them 1000's of dollars over the years. I was misdiagnosed by one of the Doctors at primary care with COPD ,and for 2 years thought I had that terrible disease! Because of COVID I could not get in to see a pulmonary doctor. My sister was their and they suck. She had a stroke, a appointment was made week prior, they canceled her appointment the morning of.....woow. I call them and cancel future appointments and they send a letter say I was rude....wooow. This is the worst place ever!!
So I used to be a patient at Primary Care of WNY but stopped being a patient because they cancelled my annual physical 2 years in a row. They left me with no choice but to seek medical assistance with another doctor due to medical issues I was having. And now they refuse to allow me to come back. So they cause the problem and when I temporarily remedy it due to their negligence, they punish me.
