Awful. At the kenmore office the receptionist is the rudest person I’ve ever met. I avoid that lady at all costs. That’s why now, I have to drive out of the way to their williamsville office. I’m actively seeking somewhere else, they are ridiculous here.
Lots of negative reviews but I love my doctor. I use the portal quite often and I'm always surprised by how quickly I get a response from my doctor herself, not even a PA. I've never had issues with them.
All the previous reviews really sum it up. With that said only go here if you have to. Avoid Sarah Granchelli and Angelika Snyder they are not patient focused they are only concerned with what's best for the practice. Both demonstrate poor judgment.
I saw my designated PCP three times in 6 years. Not a fan of seeing PA's every time, but I guess that's how they make their money
Best set of PA's and doc I could ask for. My needs are always addressed fast, meds ordered when necessary, they listen to me A LOT bc they understand I know my body.
