I've been seeing Raquel Adams for a year now & couldn't be happier with my care. She listens, explains, returns calls, refills on time & the entire staff is wonderful. I also use them for my behavioral health & have the same opinion across the board. I don't trust easy & my experience is always a 10/10.
Unorganized and no actual doctor available.
They have a bad nurse running off all the patients, Raquel . She has poor communication skills, do all she can to avoid giving people their meds, act as if she only wants to see certain patients, & is not a good provider.
They don't let u speak with ur provider most times, they don't wanna give proper refills on time, they judge you off their own instincts, they don't care
