Have been going here for 20 years and have seen Drs come and go. I currently see Dr. Velsmid who is absolutely fantastic. Even the office staff behind the counter are wonderful people. However, from a general office management perspective I must agree with other reviewers. This place is a complete mess. Two most recent experiences: received an automated appointment confirmation which I ended up cancelling through the automated call. Yea the office staff here are a mess. I had some health forms that needed to be filled out and sent out by a certain date. I received a call from the office stating they had sent it out on the deadline, only to find out two weeks later from my school that they never received it! I called back multiple times and received promises of it being sent out that day and each time I checked back in it still wasn’t sent.
