Dr. Maxwell is great and I trust her with my medical care. The nursing and front office staff, however, leaves a LOT to be desired. The nursing staff has no clue how to speak with patients in emotional distress and does nothing to go out of their way to help. When raised to the office manager, all that resulted was an email exchange in which no responsibility was taken and no apologies offered. If you want a great doctor, see Dr. Maxwell! INCOMPETENT DOCTOR Absolutely the worst group of people I've ever dealt with. It took over four months to schedule physical, then they called in the wrong prescription THREE times. They were rude and Dr. Bueno was incompetent in her advice forgetting the names of medicine and medical terminology she was trying to say...I had to finish her sentences for her.
