Do not leave voicemails because they “don’t work”. And if you call for refills make sure you call multiple times because they don’t care if skipping your meds makes you very sick. They do not care about their patients. Before this doc I only had to see my doc once a year. I am going 2-3 times here by their request and still having issues. They just want money. Awful experience.
Dr. Fernandez is a wonderful doctor and is very thorough. I always have a great experience, whether I've scheduled an appointment or use the walk-in clinic.
Saprina Fender is a wonderful provider and really cares about her patients. It may take a little wait to see her but that's because she takes the time to truly listen. I've been seeing her for 4 years now and will continue to see her.
Inflated pricing. You will pay triple to quadruple than in Greeneville. And they ain't 3 times as good. Terrible
