My wife and I have been thrilled with the medical care we receive through Veritas. It's the opposite of what we have come to expect of "normal" primary care offices; Veritas DOES treat us as people whose health and time is important. We feel we have continuity of care rather than just the normal revolving door of new-to-us doctors; we are seen and treated in a timely manner; our questions and concerns are addressed. There is (gasp!) a sense of accountability within the Veritas office. We are grateful to be patients here.
I was a member of Veritas for 2-3 months. It was a ridiculous waste of my money and time. I was paired with a nurse practitioner. That's fine until I had medical issues that she could not handle. I NEVER MET THE DOCTOR??!! It was my assumption that Dr. Arnold would be interested in meeting me seeing that his name is on my prescriptions. So I would go to the "doctor's"( used loosely) with a health issue and the NP would turn the appointment around into something she could handle?!! NEVER LISTENED TO ME!!!!! NEVER.
Totally happy with my care from Veritas Providers. Sara Edwards is the best. Well worth the money.
I was new to Cape Cod and although I had health insurance, I could not get a primary care physician for six months. Then I was introduced to these incredible people at this practice. I was immediately seen and felt like I was a real human being. Their humanity, trust and professionalism are inspiring. Within a week they had me scheduled with a dermatologist, orthopedist colonoscopy, and had me scheduled for my annual check up absolutely worth utilizing their services.
