These folks are really a dying breed. They listen, address and act on all of my concerns. If it is something that is outside of their scope, they refer me to a specialist. But 99 percent of the time, they can resolve my issues and do so quickly. I love Connie Young, she is very personable and she does not rush me like so many others do. The office staff are very friendly and kind .. they truly care. They all go above and beyond. This office and staff could give lessons. I hope to be with them the rest of my days.

Went to NP Connie Young for a referral to pain management. 15 months and 5 mri's later, she is STILL on step one. I don't know how you can be a care provider, exhibit this level of neglect, and still have a career?

Connie doesn't listen. tell her the handful of pills she keeps adding to is making me sick so she added 3 more pills.the staff is very nice and courteous.liked dr ninichuck.

It's alright. The place is clean and the staff is friendly. Service is a little slow. The building and lighting leaves something to be desired and gives a bad first impression.
