I'll start off by saying Connie is very nice and so is the staff. My issue is that you make an appointment and don't get in at that time, I've gone to them twice and both times I sat in the waiting room for at least a half hour after my scheduled appointment before being taken to a room to see the doctor. I spoke with someone for less than 5 minutes about why I was there and then waited in the room for about 40 minutes before seeing Connie. Went to NP Connie Young for a referral to pain management. 15 months and 5 mri's later, she is STILL on step one. I don't know how you can be a care provider, exhibit this level of neglect, and still have a career? It took OVER A YEAR to write a referral. OVER A YEAR. That's not just cruel and irresponsible, it ought to be criminal.

Very bad experience with Constance. She doesn't read her reports from tests she has authorized. I was told yesterday that I'm a diabetic from a glucose tolerance test I took in July of 2025. Said I was diabetic and that has contributed to my kidney disease, (that I just found out at my appt. yesterday.) Why didn't she call me after she read the test in July. Told me I am in stage 3 of kidney disease. Very incompetent. She told me my glucose tolerance test that my numbers were all over the place. Said my numbers went from 117... read more

These folks are really a dying breed. They listen, address and act on all of my concerns. If it is something that is outside of their scope, they refer me to a specialist. But 99 percent of the time, they can resolve my issues and do so quickly. I love Connie Young, she is very personable and she does not rush me like so many others do. The office staff are very friendly and kind .. they truly care. They all go above and beyond. This office and staff could give lessons. I hope to be with them the rest of my days.
