My appointment with Jenny Walker as a New Patient was exceptional! She took the time to get to know me, understand my health history, and review the medications I take. I never once felt rushed or overlooked. She listened attentively, showed genuine care and compassion, and made me feel valued as a person, not just a patient. I've been calling for 4 separate days to make an appointment and no one will answer the phone. I even try to call at different times of the day I'm an existing patient too.
I have been with Jana for a few years. She is exceptional in her field. Being a NP, she is more than that outside her title. She is the most caring kind and easy to talk to. You are never rushed with her. Her assistant Damian is great! He likes to joke. Her front office staff is so welcoming and her lobby is warm and inviting. There is also Jenny Walker, NP.
