From the MOA, Lisa, to the nurse, Cherryl, and Dr. Ross, everyone has been very caring and professional. They consistently repeated key information to help me feel prepared. In addition, the whole team is incredibly organized—I even received a follow-up call to ensure my detailed ultrasound was booked.
Worst experience of my life. Waited over an hour for my scheduled appointment. Made me feel like cattle. No connection with the dr. HEAVILY pushed the C vax on me (couldn't provide anything showing it was safe and effective) for myself and my growing baby. I left and found myself a Midwife. If this post helps even 1 person avoid what I went through.
There are several doctors rotating at the clinic, and we've had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Tully and Dr. Ross. They’re both friendly and take the time to build genuine relationships with their patients. The front office staff and the nurse is also kind and patient.
I used PCOC for my first pregnancy. Office staff and doctors are all excellent and delivery at RCH was a great experience. Appointments can get a bit backed up at times but I never felt rushed and my questions were always answered thoughtfully. Calls for concerns between appointments were taken seriously and I felt I was given exceptional care at all times.
