I had an appointment yesterday with Dr. Sagar Desai, who has been my primary care physician since 2021. He is knowledgeable, attentive, and professional, though almost every time the conversation or if any questions asked they are not addressed properly and the conversation feels rushed unfortunately. I have been going to Dr. Desai over 15 years and he used to be really good but since his office moved to its own individual practice in Metuchen, the service has deteriorated. The front office staff is totally incompetent of managing the patients, they are simply messengers and do not use common sense. I was left without a medicine refill for over a week while I called and spoke with them 3 times and they knew I had an annual physical coming up the following week.
