This is the absolutely worst company. They're filthy drivers and vehicles are as well. They take 2 hrs from the time you call to pick you up. Just absolutely awful!!!!!

This is the absolute WORST Medical transportation company. I have worked with many different companies in this field and non are as terrible as this one. The vehicles are an absolute nightmare. They look absolutely awful, all bashed in and scrapped, but not one of them has working air conditioning which is appaling. They never answer the phones and are never on time. Whatever time your appointment is I suggest you tell them 2 hours early so you can make it on time. And when it's time for a return trip be prepared to wait no ... read more
