I have had nothing but a great experience with Doctor Rodriguez and her team. Sometimes I do need to leave a message, but the staff ALWAYS gets back to me the same day, sometimes within minutes. Dr. Rodriguez herself is one of the smartest, kindest and sensitive doctors I've ever met. I'm grateful to be a part of the PCI fam!

Truly terrible service. Some nurses are attentive, while others can be pretty rude. Doctors are kind but difficult to reach, even in emergencies. Both my mom and aunt are patients and they both have similarly frustrating experiences.
