Will not be returning. Uncomfortable experience. Wasted my money. All my concerns were never treated.
Dr. Zhang by far is the least capable 'doctor' I've ever come across. Any concerns that I've addressed, she would blantly say 'I don't know, what you're feeling is normal, etc' Providing me with no answers and dismiss them without further infomation or recommendation. The last straw is when I voiced my concerns over my medication where she cut me off, berated, yelled, and slammed papers on her desk, and completely ignored, refused to listen and ranted about other issues that had absolutly nothing to do with my visit. Awesome amazing Doctor wonderful staff. I’m very pleased every time I go to my appointments and I don’t be there long and she listens to everything that I have going on with my health.
Dr. Zhenrong Zhang quite literally changed my life. She was the one who discovered a lump in my throat that turned out to be thyroid cancer — something I might not have caught in time without her thorough care and attention. Her professionalism, kindness, and expertise made a difficult situation so much easier to face. I’m beyond grateful for her dedication. Thank you, Dr. Zhang, and to her team for truly making a difference.
