DO NOT RECOMMEND. Have been using Primary House Calls for about 15 months for my elderly uncle who is in Independent Care in Gulf Breeze. The NP that has been caring for him has completely abandoned his care, and will not respond to me or the facility regarding his needs. It is now 9/4/2025, and the last communication I received from her was 6/12/2025. I have been trying to get responses from her since 8/4/2025, with no luck.
Love them! They come to me for monthly check-ups. If I have any problem they are a text away. Prescriptions are also easily set up and filled. If you need to have an x-ray they bring it and results are a text message away.
Excellent care, fantastic office staff, physical therapy and occupational therapy are amazing. They are always on time and very thorough.They listen to you and explain things and options to you. I have had blood work and X-rays taken in my home. Highly recommended. Jeanne M holl
