Been a patient here for years now they refuse to see me unless I have a negative COVID test when there is no reason to assume I would have COVID. They did a phone call to do their "assessment" in which they could not see me or take any vitals.
Dr Ryder is the only reason I would come here. Use to be a really good place but no more. Nurses and drs do not care about their clients. Nurses and drs have very poor communication between each other to the point of it being non existent. They do not believe and customer about what they are feeling. And will run test after test just to rack up the bill. With no need for it. Their money hungry thru and thru. I ended up having a biopsy that I was told was more than likely cancer.
