My visit went good with diagnostic side with my yearly CT scan and with Dr. Jones. Her nurses were excellent. My only complaint was the front desk staff on pulmonary side. They were very unprofessional and rude. Elderly couple was checking in to see doctor and I could tell elderly lady was confused a little and when she walked off with her husband it's like they were poking fun of them. I had to remind them everyone was going to get old one day. And still like they were cracking jokes after I said that. Not appreciated!
Everyone I came across was very nice and the xray tech was very good thank you
Today I was there for important test's and was treated with compassion the mammogram and ultrasound techs were awesome!!
I never in my life got treated the way I did and embarrassed the way I was embarrassed by a doctor office just getting my mom some face masks before she goes to her appointments. Let me explain. So I was doordashing and I happened to get a order from chic fila to a employee at physicians east. So I was like great I don't have to make a special trip to get her a few before she gets seen.
