First I have to say I absolutely LOVE our Dr. I have been with him over 20 years, I’d follow him anywhere he went. I only trust him when it comes to our care. My rating is not at all based on patient care but the customer service (lack of). I benefit from being extremely knowledgeable is how insurance works and how claims are processed. I fine tooth comb my bills to make sure providers bill correctly while comparing the bill to what my insurance says I owe.
