Amazing Amazing customer service. Staff is 100% so nice and very very helpful. 💯 recommend facilty is super nice. My provider Monica Arellano wow she really care for us.You feel like home and you feel comfortable. I Leave in the lower valley and trust me it was worth my drive. Definitely coming back.

I can’t say enough great things about my primary care provider NP Monica Arellano. She is always thorough, compassionate, and truly listens to every concern I bring up. I never feel rushed during appointments, and she takes the time to explain everything in a way that’s easy to understand. Her follow-through, attention to detail, and genuine care make such a difference. It’s rare to find a provider who makes you feel seen, heard, and supported—I’m incredibly grateful for the quality of care I receive. Highly recommend!

I visited my primary care physician yesterday, December 8, 2025, at 10 am to have a prescription refilled and paid the copay. They informed me I needed to pick it up from the Walgreens in New Mexico due to licensing restrictions. After a 45-minute drive, I arrived only to be told by pharmacy's the physician license had expired. I contacted the primary care office again, and they apologized, promising to resend the prescription to the Walgreens I specified.
