Every time Ive been here the staff is extremely kind and I feel like Dr. Wilson actually listens and addresses all your concerns instead of treating you like another number.
In the past I've always liked this place, and normally I'm not one to complain... but my last visit was a real mess. Firstly the front desk lady was really short on the phone, and once I got there she was straight up rude. I honestly couldn't believe my ears the way she spoke to me. Then I express to the doctor that I needed treatment. They ran tests and said I'd get my results by morning. Despite my calling, four days have gone by and I am experiencing pain and discomfort. Dr. Benjamin Wilson is a superstar! His nurse, Terry, shines just as bright! In fact, the entire staff, especially his receptionist, are so very good at their jobs. A thoroughly satisfying experience, as Dr. Wilson is kind, compassionate and wonderfully validating. He doesn't practice judgement or condescension.
Very efficient staff. The physician Dr. Benjamin Wilson MD is a really good Primary Care Physician. Since the opening of the Primary Care Center and it's affiliation with Nevada Regional Medical Center, the ability to receive Medical Services that used to require going to a large city like Kansas City, Springfield, Joplin or St. Louis.
