As a patient I should not be responsible for tracking down payments on an account when a referral and authorization has been obtained. Notified in November regarding an unpaid bill regarding unpaid bill for pulmonary outpatient rehabilitation, contacted Primary in November, again December 4th, and again December 19th to no avail. Hung up, contacted Humana and found a human being willing to listen and find the solution. Searching now to find who to contact at Primary with a written complaint on services.
